Company History
Started in 2012 by Jerry Gay in a small building on Tucker St., in midtown Jackson, TN, IMS Promos has grown from 3 employees with 10 clients to double the staff, a new showroom, and 100s of clients across every aspect of the West Tennessee community.
The IMS Promos team has decades of promotional item experience. Serving clients in manufacturing, hospitals, small businesses, government, clinics, churches, and more, IMS Promos offers millions of customizable products to clients, from pens to tech items to corporate apparel and more.
Our experienced IMS Promos sales team can help you find the perfect swag to fit your business for any occasion. And with an in-house graphic designer, IMS Promos has been working with clients to keep them on time and on budget since day one.

Jerry Gay

As the founder and owner of IMS Promos, Jerry Gay has been with the company since it’s beginning in 2012. A Jackson, TN native, he works everyday with clients, assisting sales representatives, and in the day-to-day operations of the business. His favorite part of the job? Working with all of the great clients and staff!
Jerry is a night owl who would probably be retired if he didn’t love his job at IMS Promos so much. You can catch him on the weekend spending time with family and friends, cheering for the UT Volunteers, singing in the choir at church, or at happy hour with a vodka tonic.

Katherine Beasenburg

As the in-house Graphic Designer for IMS Promos, Katherine Beasenburg (you ALL know her as KB), has been working at IMS since day one! She grew up all over the US, calling Florida, Montana, and Wyoming home before landing in Tennessee for good. As the graphic designer for IMS Promos, she works on virtual layouts, processes new orders, helps with customer service and assists the sales reps with product research. She loves that every order is different and offers a new challenge!

Summer Swims has been with the company since January 2021. She loves listening to her customers wants and needs to insure finding them their perfect SWAG. Do you have a budget or timeline in mind? GREAT, she also loves a challenge. To her, the small business aspect of IMS Promos makes it feel like a family, which in return makes her customers feel like family.
In her free time, you can find her doing anything outdoors! From hanging out with friends at the pool to playing a friendly round of golf. However, her all-time favorite is visiting her family in her hometown of Dickson, TN.

Lisa Little

Lisa Little has been with the company since 2018. A native of Paris (Tennessee, that is), Lisa loves helping her customers promote their brands through innovative and unique promotional items and loves the flexibility that her job provides!
She’s a total night owl who if you meet her for happy hour is going to be found with a glass of cabernet. She wanted to be an interior designer growing up and now spends her weekends going on hikes, hanging out by the pool, traveling, spending time with her three bonus kids, and trying new dinner recipes with her husband “Mr. Hottie” (a name she gave him years ago that people STILL use in public today!)

Carolyn Forde

Carolyn has been with the company since day one! She spends her days reaching out to potential customers, explaining the value of promotional items and how they can help generate business, checking in with existing clients, and continually researching the best prices and items for clients!
A Jackson, TN native, her favorite part of working for IMS is meeting new people and educating them on the value of great SWAG!

Mike McCarty

Mike McCarty has been with the company since 2015. A Jackson, TN native, he loves being able to help people with their promotion needs and find ways for them to help show off their company names and logos. Even more so, he enjoys the relationships with customers and the friendships made with co-workers!
If he wasn’t so good at his job here at IMS Promos, you’d probably find him out playing golf every day of the week! He wanted to be a football coach growing up, but now his weekends are spent relaxing, listening to live music, spending time with friends, cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers, and enjoying a good bourbon on the rocks.

Lori has been with the company since 2022. She loves that there is never a dull moment working at IMS Promos! She also loves numbers and they are aplenty in her position!
She’s an early bird who can be found cruising around in her Jeep Wrangler when she’s not at work, but really thinks the best way to spend her free time is playing pickleball or watching old movies!
